Brian Tagtmeier is an experienced trial attorney who specializes in civil litigation. His experience includes advocating for his clients in a variety of tort claims including, construction defect, construction contract claims, catastrophic accidents, motor vehicle accidents, premise liability cases, and wrongful death cases.  Mr. Tagtmeier is also an accomplished mediator and arbitrator over the last 20 years, having settled over 2400 claims and arbitrated 70 as a chairperson and panelist.
