Practice Overview
Howard is a veteran of the United States Air Force with more than a decade of experience practicing law in civil litigation, insurance defense, civil rights defense, personal injury litigation, and criminal litigation. He previously served as both a prosecutor and public defender, gaining substantial courtroom and trial experience handling felony and high-exposure matters. Over the course of his career, he has represented governmental entities, insured clients, businesses, and private individuals in a wide range of matters in both state and federal court. His practice and experience include all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery through dispositive briefing and trial. Howard approaches each matter with a practical and strategic perspective shaped by experience in both civil and criminal litigation.
